The Storm Jacket is made of 88 percent polyester and 12 percent elastane for a more comfortable fit. Storm technology from Under Armour repels water without losing breathability. With the use of ColdGear technology, the midweight fabric delivers a soft and warm feel with a brushed inner layer for increased thermal insulation, while a fast drying outer is meant to wick perspiration away from the body.
